Halloween Envelopes by Judi Kauffman

I'm part of Stampendous's 31 Days of Halloween, a month of projects published on their blog, and my tutorial, published on October 7, includes Halloween stamps by Andy Skinner that Patti has ordered for The Queen's Ink.
